Participant fees


Adult workcamps in France
• 1 camp of 2 weeks 97 €
• 1 camp of 3 weeks 133 €
• 2 camps of 2 weeks 169 €

Teen camps in France (16-17 years)
• 3 weeks camp 310 €

• The price for the stay Includes: administrative costs (including an association membership fee of 25 €) as well as food, lodging, leisure pursuits and civil liability insurance for the work-site.
• Does not include: outward and return travel costs, personal health expenses, theft insurance for personal belongings or damage cover to private vehicles.

Conditions for registration
No deadline for the registrations
The registration form must be completed, signed and sent to the APARE by post or e-mail. Registration is only final once payment has been received. Confirmation will immediately be sent by post and/or e-mail. One month before the start of the camp, each participant will receive a “travel warrant” with all the necessary information (names of the leaders, personal items that are required, address of the accommodation, meeting points for arrivals, schedules of local public transport, etc.).

Payment of fees
• Payment must be in euro and is necessary to validate the registration and should be sent with the registration forms.
• Participants from abroad must also pay in euros by international money order, cheque or bank transfer (an IBAN will be sent upon request).
• For the teen camps, a down-payment of 110 euros must be sent with the registration form, with the remainder of the payment to reach us at the latest 2 weeks before the start of the camp.
For overseas workcamps, please do not sent your payment before your selection.

Cancellation
on our part
Another camp will be proposed. Otherwise, all fees will be reimbursed.
on your part
In the last 20 days before the start of the camp, no refund can be given (20 days determined according to postal stamp or fax date).

In all other cases, a 25 € fee will be deducted from refund to cover administration costs.

Some of the information ot this programme may be modified at the last minute.
