Close to
the village of Monieux, the Nesque river gorges cut
an exceptional canyon into the limestone of the Ventoux
mountain range and the Vaucluse hills. Local authorities
would like to set up a discovery circuit of the village,
so have decided to restore the garden of St-André Padoue
where farmers used to plant hillside crops. This year,
you will continue the restoration of dry-stone
walls supporting the ancient terraced fields.
Accomodation: Local campsite in Sault
