At the edge
of the Luberon natural park, in lavender country, Montsalier
is a beautiful village, typical of the Haute-Provence
mountain region. The local authorities restore a period
threshing floor adjoining some ruined windmills in the
old village. You will contribute to restoring
this testimony to the agricultural past of the area,
by clearing the threshing-floor and consolidating the
low dry-stone walls surrounding it.
Accomodation: Sleeping in a marquee, kitchen
and sanitary facilities in a permanent building
